Air conditioning, coffee in the room, complimentary water, comfy pillows, plenty of wardrobe space, large window that opened, food in the restaurant, vending machine with food and wine in lieu of a bar, complimentary ice for your room,

The location is great, near the main square where Christmas markets took place. The staff was very nice and patient. The bed was extremely soft - which for me is a negative - but some might like it so I list it as a positive.

Great location & breakfast buffet, and a very comfortable room with pleasant staff.

It was very good breakfast. Espeacially, the fresh squeezed carrot juice. Different choice of meals.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The room was functional, clean and comfortable. The centre of the city was close by and getting to and from the airport and station was easy and convenient.
